A pretty Gallic flavour today. She's not Juliette Gréco, but Pia Colombo is definitely up there in my list of favourite chanteuses. Obviously, it's French Tuesday, so that contributes 10 more tracks. But there's more than a soupçon of cross-channel influence in the featured song listing. Not least, because I've often found renditions of 'Chance' even more toe-tapping than the already rhythmic original 'Chains'. And Eddy Mitchel swaps languages with Paul Anka in the 1963 selection.
