A teaching day, that was almost a complete washout —from a Spanish point of view.
It's only worth documenting for the record and to remind myself of lessons that should have been learnt ages ago:
- The post-teaching dip can be mitigated by preparation
- Do everything possible to sleep well before
- Plan & resource detailed post-teaching activities
The chances of the post-teaching plan yielding the best plausible outcome, would probably be enhanced if they included some concession to evening comfort, e.g. turn on the heating — and "damn the ecological/economic consequences!"
