Learning the Spanish Language — Project Day 9

Review

Yet another bad start. I should have got going properly in session 2, but didn't realy, until well into session 3

Session 4 went exceptionally well. Knew exactly which resources to use and where to find them. Forced myself to work throughout the 90 minutes — pushing through a quite severe afternoon dip. And documented stop positions towards the end.

I considered adding 10 minutes to breaks (5 mins before and 5 mins after current times) — to allow them to be used for transitions and small items of maintence, while preventing both from bleeding into work sessions.

On reflection, I decided to go half-way, by starting each beak 5 miutes earlier. Because I concluded that an extra 10 minutes would make it too easy to delve into a distraction — allowing me to get too wrapped-up in a 'problem', to drop it easily and come back to it later.
